Rely Technology Solutions, LLC (“Rely,” “we,” “us”) provides commercial security, structured cabling, networking, communications, and IT services. This policy describes information collected through our website, estimate form, and related business communications.

Information we collect

When you contact us, we collect the information you provide, such as your name, business email, phone number, company, project city, services of interest, project description, and communication preferences. We also keep correspondence and records of your consent or opt-out choices.

Our hosting and form providers may process technical information such as IP address, browser and device details, page requests, timestamps, and cookies or similar technologies used to operate and protect their services.

Please do not submit passwords, access codes, payment-card information, patient information, or other sensitive records through the estimate form. We can arrange an appropriate method if project work requires sensitive information.

How we use information

We use information to respond to inquiries, prepare estimates, schedule appointments, coordinate services, maintain customer records, protect our systems, and meet applicable obligations. When you separately opt in, we may also send the types of promotional communications described in that opt-in.

Service providers and disclosures

Our website is hosted through OpenAI Sites. The estimate form and customer communication tools use GoHighLevel/LeadConnector, and business email is handled through Microsoft 365. These providers process information to deliver hosting, forms, records, and communications. Their own privacy notices also describe their processing.

We do not sell or rent personal information. We may disclose information to providers helping us deliver requested services, when required by law, or when reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, or security.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties for their own use. We may provide necessary information to messaging service providers solely to deliver and support our communications.

Text messages and your choices

If you opt in, Rely may send text messages about estimate requests, appointments, project updates, or service coordination. Promotional messages require a separate opt-in. Consent to texts is optional and is not a condition of purchase or requesting an estimate.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. You may also contact sales@relytechglobal.com or (770) 762-4645. After opting out, you may receive a final confirmation. Opting out of texts does not prevent us from responding through another appropriate channel.

Cookies and embedded services

The website includes a LeadConnector estimate form. Loading or using embedded services may involve cookies, local storage, or technical requests controlled by the provider. You can manage cookies through your browser and any consent controls offered by the embedded service. Blocking these technologies may affect the form. You can call or email us instead.

Retention, security, and requests

We keep information as needed to handle inquiries, provide services, maintain business records and consent evidence, resolve disputes, and satisfy applicable requirements. We use reasonable safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

You can ask to access, correct, or delete information, or change communication preferences, by emailing sales@relytechglobal.com. We may verify your identity and retain records where required or permitted. Applicable law determines any additional rights.

This website is intended for business customers and is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, contact us so we can address it.
